Refund Policy

The following rules apply to refund requests regarding and all purchases provided through it, excluding purchases regarding products referred to as “Sponsored Listings”, “Sponsored Slots”, “Sponsored Servers”, “Server Promotion”, or any other form of advertisment services.

  • Refunds will only be provided a maximum of 48 hours after the initial purchase
  • If a refund is forced through payment provider chargeback requests without contacting Gigadrive first, the request will be disregarded.
  • Refunds will be returned through the original method of payment only.
